Central Square at Frisco

The maintenance staff is great but that’s mainly it. I don’t recommend moving here. I’ve worked in property management before and we’ve been able to provide flexibility when it comes to renewals in order to maintain healthy relationships with our residents. There is no flexibility or accommodating when it comes time to renew, and each renewal is at minimum $100+ increase (in my experience being here). I have expressed to the office, specifically the property manager, that it feels as though us residents are looked at as just a dollar sign just to shortly after get hit with another large renewal increase. Between my apartment not being cleaned/ready when I originally moved in, paint not matching through out my apartment, issues with neighbors I tried expressing to the office (you will hear every little thing if there is an apartment above you), the monthly extra fee’s, trash shoots being so overfilled you can’t throw your trash away properly often AND THEN only being given 2 weeks to find a new place or else you don’t submit your 60 day notice properly.. it’s very upsetting and if I were you, I’d consider all of that ^ before moving here and risk feeling stuck like some of us.

It’s almost 2024 and this complex has a new owner but the same leasing and maintenance personnel. They have helped with the changes and are an amazing group! Maintenance goes above and beyond, and I am grateful for that! Even helped me on a holiday weekend that I was cooking for. Many new updates and I was nervous but I like them. I can open my door with my phone or adjust my thermostat. New parcel locker, which is so easy to use and I’ve had no issues. Come check out apartments and don’t be afraid to say I sent you, I have been here a long time and love it! Living here at Central Square for 3 years, I was here from the start with first Property Management. The current Property Management then took over and is very helpful and friendly. I have worked with Joy and she is always eager to assist me and make me feel welcomed. Gerald is a great guy he is always there for any issues I may have or just to say hi and ask me how I am, I appreciate that. Dillion helps me with any maintenance issues I may have in my apartment. He is very helpful, and friendly and I appreciate he gets things done quickly. I love my location it is central to many things and very close to the Dallas tollway. My first-floor apartment has a gated yard and it was one of my top important things as I have an 80-pound dog. When people come over they love my apartment as well as the amenities. The main front office has a large area with seating, booths, TV's and then there is a lounge area with couches, pool table and TV's. There is also a beautiful pool area, and an amazing business office with multiple rooms within it. All apartment complexes have issues and none are perfect but I think ours does a great job. I even have had family members rent here and again we enjoy being residents. Thank you Allison

If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t. They can just walk into your apartment whenever they want without your permission. They’ve done this three times now that I know of. The maintenance men are creepy and they will tow your car even if you live here. I’ve asked that they fix the locks on my balcony many times. They never have. Packages get stolen.
